Vacuum Distillation System - Smart-Vac
The Smart-Vac is an electronic control feature which adjusts the flow rate for optimum water removal rate. The Smart-Vac monitors oil temperature, suction conditions and flow through the vacuum process chamber. It then determines the optimum flow and adjusts the flow rate from 300 gph to a maximum of 1200 gph. Smart-Vac removes water & solid contaminate from large oil reservoirs. It can be used on hydraulic, lubricating & silicone oils. The vacuum distillation process is capable of removing water at over 15 gallons per hour. Oil can be dried to less than 70ppm in 7-10 passes.

Mini-Vac™ purification system removes water, gases, and solid contamination from Hydraulic Oils, Lubricating Oils, Mineral or Synthetic Oils and Phosphate Ester Oils.
